There are other types of gifts you can give the sports enthusiasts. There are companies that offer a day in a NASCAR, sports camps, parachute jumping, bungee jumping, and so on. You can always buy season tickets to sports events in your area.

If he is active in a sport, buying sports equipment is a good idea. If you are not sure what he really needs, you can give him a gift certificate to his favorite sporting goods store.

Men do like jewelry. Some still wear shirts that need cufflinks. There are many unique styles to choose from. Personalized gifts are good ideas. If your fellow drinks beer, a special beer mug would be a great gift. Signed memorabilia from a favorite team or well-known sports personality would also be a good gift. A signed picture or autograph from someone he admires in the business world would make a special gift.

If he works in an office, his attache case or pen set may need to be replaced. If he likes to write with a fountain pen, this is now a dying art, he would probably appreciate a special edition pen.
